Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix (13 x 9 Family Size)
15 oz can Black Beans (Kuner's - No Salt Added)
1 C shredded Zucchini
Directions
Process the beans (do not drain) in a food processor until creamy. Mix the beans with the brownie mix until completely mixed. Stir in the shredded zucchini. Line 20 muffin cups with paper liners. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.
