    Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 6 chopes
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Brown Rice instant, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, small can
    Half and Half Cream, 1/3 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp


Saute pork chops in skillet until brown. Move to slow cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and cook for 6 hours on low.

    I added one slice of cooked bacon drained and fresh whole mushrooms browned with minced garlic in a skillet. Tossed all of that into the crock. The chops were soooo tender! Thanks - 6/14/10
