Feel free to change the spices to your liking. The marinade is just handy, can use worcester sauce or a salad dressing, just some type of liquid. Ingredients

    Vital wheat gluten, 1.5 cups
    Nutritional Yeast, 1/4 cup
    Paprika, 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Allspice, 1/8 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Cumin - ground, 1/4 tsp

    Newman's Own Herb & Roasted Garlic Marinade, 2 Tbsp
    Tomato Paste, .25 cup
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Tamari or Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 3/4 cup

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Mix together. Pour onto aluminum foil, wrap into a log 6-8 inches long. Put in 325 deg oven for 90 min, turning over halfway through.
