Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts or 15 tenderloins (approx)
    1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)
    2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 24 oz. jar of Salsa (heat is up to you - we prefer medium or hot)

    If you prefer your thai sauce to not be so spicy - you can cut back on the ginger and use a mild salsa - delish!

Directions

Put all ingredients into pan or crockpot -
If cooking in stove - Use 9 x 13 dish - cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Stir sauce together and serve.

If cooking in crockpot - Cook on low for 6 hours - stir sauce together and serve!
