Ingredients

Peanut Butter and Co. White Chocolate Wonderful, 2 tbsp
or any other peanut butter!
Brown Sugar, 16 grams
Oatmeal, uncooked, Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats cup dry, 100 gram(s)
Wheat bran, crude, 30 grams
Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 120 grams (or 1/2 cup)
Skim Milk 2/3 Cup
Directions
Combine Bran and oats in a pot.
In separate bowl combine half and half, water, pumpkin, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir, then pour over oats. Stir well, then turn stove to medium high and bring to a bowl for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes. You may have to add more water.
While this is cooking I measure out the peanut butter in the bowls. Divide oatmeal into bowls, and sprinkle each bowl with 8 grams (2tsp) of brown sugar. Stir well and serve!
