Introduction

Ham, Cheese, Egg and Tots Ham, Cheese, Egg and Tots

Ingredients

    1 - 10 inch Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 - Egg
    1 - Egg White
    Pam
    1/8 cup/ 2 tablespoons - Diced Ham
    1/8 cup - Black Beans
    1/8 cup - Green Chillis
    1/8 cup - Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1-2 - Tater tots baked per directions

Directions

Scramble eggs over medium high heat in pam, add ham, beans, chillis, cheese and crumble tots. Wrap in tortilla warmed over finished eggs. Can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen for reheating.

  • Incredible!
    Also works well with egg beaters. And sometimes I add black beans for a little more fiber.

    I make a dozen at a time and then use them on mornings I'm running late or don't feel like cooking. Great recipe!
