    Incredible!
    I've made this with Boca sausage and also with Canadian Bacon. I always use the whole wheat English muffins. You can make the whole package of muffins up and freeze them for easy breakfasts. Wrap in a paper towel and microwave on high for 1 minute. - 1/29/11
