Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat,Chopped 1 cup (8 oz.)
    Low fat cream cheese, .1/2 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
    dry Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup White Wine, 1 fl oz ( 1 tbs)
    *Pasta, jumbo pasta shells , 12 shells

cook pasta according to box directions. drain pasta.
In a small bowl, mix chives and white wine let sit to soften chives. Chop crab meat in a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup skim milk and cream cheese, mix well. Add parmesan cheese and chive/wine mixture. Now take the 12 pasta shells and add 3 tbs of the crab mixture to each. Place the shells in a pan and bake (20minutes at 350) or microwave(10minutes). serve with a salad or vegetable. Serves 4
