    1 - 8 oz. container of heavy whipping cream
    1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
    1 - 15 oz. can lite sliced peaches in syrup
    1 - 3 oz. package of lady fingers
    1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    Walnut halves


Using a chilled mixing bowl and beaters, whip one 8 oz. container of heavy whipping cream with one Tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff.

Separate lady fingers and line bottom of an 8" square dish with them. Pour syrup from peaches evenly over lady fingers, then arrange peach slices on top. Sprinkle desired amount of chopped walnuts on top of peaches. Spread whipped cream evenly over top, and decorate with walnut halves.

Keep chilled until served.

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a crowd.
