Ingredients

1 (9 oz.)box Barilla No-Boil Lasagna
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 (32 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 Lb. ground chicken
Garlic salt/Italian seasoning
Soy Sauce (lite)
2 jars Marinara sauce (Prego)
2 C sliced Zucchini
2 C chopped fresh spinach
Directions
Season ground chicken with garlic salt, italian seasoning and soy sauce.
Brown in olive oil, drain.
Beat eggs in med. bowl, mix in ricotta, 2 C mozzarella, parmesan and chopped spinach.
In 9X13 -3" deep baking dish layer: sauce, 4 sheets of lasagna, ricotta mixture, cooked meat , sliced zucchini and grated Mozzarella. Last layer of lasagna sheet top with sauce and mozzarella cheese only.
Bake, covered with foil, @ 375 for 50 min. Uncover and cook additional 30 min (check to see that center has puffed and turned golden brown).
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
