Introduction

An experiment that I thought turned out pretty tasty. Use any flavor that you like. If you need added protein stir in protein powder while making or add cottage cheese or yogurt swirled in when eating. I didn't figure into the basic recipe for calorie sake. Ingredients

    6 ounces Mori Nu lite silken firm tofu
    1 small box fat free sugar free jello (any flavor)
    1 small box fat free sugar free vanilla pudding
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup cold water

Directions

1. Prepare jello according to package directions. Use a big enough bowl to hold all ingredients when finished.
2. Put tofu into blender, add about 1 cup of the dissolved jello and blend until smooth.
3. Sprinkle the dry pudding into the remaining jello while whisking continually.
4. Add the tofu/jello mixture into the pudding/jello mixture and stir until completely combined.
5. Cover and refrigerate until set. About an hour.

Makes 4 1 1/4 cup servings
