Ingredients

    40 oz 97 % lean ground turkey
    2 slices 35 calorie whole what breat
    1 whole tomato cut in quarters
    1 large sweet onion cut in quarters
    1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger root
    1 clove elephant garlic
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon Sesame oil
    1/2 or 1 teaspoon szechuan sauce(Kame)
    according to taste
    1 tsp dry mustard powder
    1 tsp asian curry powder
    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup heinz tomato ketchup reduced sugar

Tips

makes 10 large slices 200 calories each


Directions

Place all ingrediants except meat in food processor and process until smooth. Add turkey and beef to a large bowel. Add ground seasoned vegetables until just blended. Place in a loaf pan and bake 45 minutes @ 375. You can pour off the liquid that forms around the loaf and discard it or add 1 tablespoon of corn starch and cook iuntil thickened and use it as gravy
