    1 packets Oh, So Olive™ Dip Mix (.3 oz)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
    /2 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk, plus more for thinning
    7 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1/4 cup prepared Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
    12 oz. prepared penne pasta, drained and cooled
    2-3 oz. Genoa salami, diced
    1 small jar sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (used 9 pieces)
    4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
    7 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    Black pepper to taste


Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Add enough milk to reach desired consistency; chill 2 hours. Sauté chicken with pesto in a large skillet until chicken is no longer pink; cool completely. Combine remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; stir in Oh, So Olive dressing and cooled chicken. Chill up to one hour until served. Makes 10-12 servings.
