Ingredients

    2 Cups Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
    4 Cups Water
    2 stalks of Celery, raw and diced
    2-4 stalks of green onions (or scallions)
    2 TBSP Ground Ginger
    4 TBSP Soya Sauce
    1 can of Mushrooms

Directions

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe dish.
Cover
Cook 20 minutes

Yes, it's that easy! :)

**Low sodium soya sauce can lower the sodium content. I also make it without the soyce all together and it still tastes almost as good**
