Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 1 cup
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 28
    * Brown Sugar, 0.50 cup, packed
    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * old bay seasoning, 0.60 gram(s)
    * beef chuck, 16 oz

Directions

makes 8 patties, 2 per serving.
I cooked te green beans and carrots till tender. I allow them to cool, then puree them.
I then mix all of the ingrediants into a small mixing bowl. Once they are mixed well, I heat the oil in a skillet on the stove, once hot, I place my 4 even sized patties in the skillet and cook thoroughly..
the brown sugar is to be sprinkled on the tops of the patties before removing from skillet so the sugar with create almost a slightly sweet glaze.
but can also be mixed directly into the meat
