Introduction

Chicken soup..no noodles Chicken soup..no noodles

Ingredients

    chicken breast, no skin
    3 celery stalks
    4 potatoes
    3 carrots
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    2 bay leaves
    oregano to taste
    basil to taste
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    one small onion
    2 cloves minces fresh garlic
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

makes approximately 10 cereal bowls full

Fill a 5 qt pot with water, add raw chicken. Boil till done, set chicken aside to cool. Add chopped vegetables, boullion, garlic and spices to pot. Cook till vegetables are tender. Chop chicken into small pieces add back into pot with frozen peas. Cook till heated thru
