Introduction

Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
For a more calorie / fat friendly meal make using low fat low sodium options it tastes just as good!
Add more or less jalapeno depending on your preferance. If you like it hot another great way to spice up your bowl of chili is with a teaspoon or 2 of seraucha chili pepper sauce.

We like to add cheese, low-fat sour cream and/or noodles to our chili everyonce in a while to change things up a bit.

Ingredients

    46 fluid oz Tomato Juice
    2 cups (cans) Bush's chili beans
    1 cup (can) red kidney beans
    1lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion diced
    3 stalks celery diced
    1 cup (can) diced tomatoes
    chili powder - your preferance
    1 medium sweet red pepper
    3 tbls paprika
    1 jalapeno - your preferance
    1 clove garlic

Directions

- Brown the ground beef, garlic, onions, celery and peppers.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato juice, chili powder, paprika let simmer 30 minutes.
- Add beans let simmer additional 15 minutes.
