Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tin peaches
    1 tin pears
    1 tin of pineapple
    1 cup pitted cherries
    2 gr apples (peeled and chopped)
    1 banana
    1 med onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 tin of tomato paste
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    curry to taste

Directions

Drain and chop all ingredients (except butter) and place in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Dot with butter and cook uncovered in baking dish for 1 hour.

Makes 20 1/2 cup servings
