Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese
    4 oz diced green chiles
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    1 1/2 cup fat free milk
    3/4 cup egg substitute
    3 tbsp salsa
    2 tbsp sliced black olives
    2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    2 tbsp chopped chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Sprinkle 3/4c cheese onto the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with chiles and remaining cheese.
Place flour in medium bowl and gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in egg substitue and pour mixture over cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Garnish with salsa, sour cream, chives and black olives.
