    1 TBS Olive oil
    1 lb each sweet (not mild) and hot Italian Turkey sausage
    2 Small cans Tomato Paste
    3 each Red & Green Bell Peppers, cut into strips
    1 each Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers, cut into strips
    3 Sweet Onions, sliced into strips
    1/4 C jalepeno peppers diced
    5-6 TBS Franks Red Hot
    4 TBS Organic raw sugar ( do not use artificial sweeteners)
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Saute onions and peppers with olive oil until tender, add sausages and cook until brown and throughout. Add tomato paste and sugar, stir well add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 mins.

Serve with brown rice, couscous, quinoa...or alone

Make 12 servings at 6 WW points a serving.
