Ingredients

    Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 oz
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 t dried parsley
    Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s)
    2 T Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1/4 c Milk, nonfat
    Artichokes, canned (use 1/2 of can)
    1/4 c Onions, raw, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long), chopped

Directions

Cook noodles according to package.

Mix soup, sour cream, milk, water; add chopped onion, celery, artichokes and parlsey. Cut turkey into bite size pieces,

Mix noodles, soup mixture and turkey. Put in greased casserole and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
