Ingredients

    1 can water packed tuna (6 oz)
    10 fat free saltine crackers
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup yellow cornmeal

Directions

Mix tuna and eggs together. Add crushed crackers and 1/4 cup cornmeal. Add small amount of oil to frying pan. Drop by large spoonfuls cornmeal to coat each side. Fry until brown.
