    1lb Chicken
    1 can Corn
    1 can Black Beans
    1 jar Salsa
    4 oz Cream Cheese

Directions

Place chicken (whole), black beans, corn and salsa (1 whole jar) in the crockpot. Cook for 6-7 hours. Stir in cream cheese and allow 30 more minutes.
