Introduction

This requires cans that you dump in and your good to go! Too easy to not at least try it This requires cans that you dump in and your good to go! Too easy to not at least try it

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked ground turkey extra lean (I have used Boca crumbles instead too in which case you just dump the package in with everything else)
    1 can blackeyed peas
    1 can Garbanzo beans
    1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel sweet corn with peppers
    1 can black beans
    1 can chili beans in chili sauce
    1 packet of Taco seasoning

Directions

If using ground beef or ground turkey, cook throughly before putting it in the bottom of the crock pot.
Next, open each can of ingredients and DO NOT DRAIN THEM! Dump each can directly into the crockpot
Stir in the taco seasoning and turn it on! That easy! It will cook on high for 3-4 hours This will make a full large crockpot of soup that is loaded with proteins and vitamins. My husband puts in mexican shredded cheese and sour cream, but I think its full of flavor without
