Ingredients

    2 c cooked, drained pinto beans
    1 c Kellogg´s All Bran cereal
    1 c Salsa
    3 cloves chopped Garlic
    1 tbsp chopped, fresh Cilantro
    .25 t Salt Substitute
    1 t ground Cumin seed

Directions

Mix all in blender till smooth. Serve warm with (not included in calorie count) chopped scallion, chopped tomatoes, shredded or cubed cheese, fat free sour cream, and tortilla chips.
