Ingredients

1/2 cup (75g) pitted dates
2 tbsp (30g) crunchy natural peanut butter (the stuff that is JUST peanuts)
1/4 cup (25g) oats
pinch salt
Directions
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor. Divide into four and squidge together and roll into a ball. I like to flatten them out a bit too.
Chill unti you're ready to eat them.
