Ingredients

    1 Medium Avocado
    1 (11 - ounce) can tomatillos, drained
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 1/2 teaspooons seeded, minced serrano chile
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Place the avocado and tomatillos in a food processor, and process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour.
