Ingredients

    Base Coffeecake:

    Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup
    *Oat Meal - old fashion - 1 Cup
    *Flour, white, 1/2 Cup
    Brown Sugar, 3/4 Cup packed
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, 2%, 3/4 Cup
    *Canola Oil, 1/4 C
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp

    Topping:
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted,1/2 C
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix dry ingredients for base coffeecake, then add wet. Place in bottom of 9/12 cakepan.

Mix dry ingredients for topping, cut in butter until crumbly. Place on top of base cake batter in pan.

Bake for 20-35 min in 350 oven.
