Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz. (or 3 large breasts) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
    6 cups Light & Fat free chicken broth (College Inn)
    1 cup baby carrots, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    3/4 cup onion, diced
    1 1/2 cups egg noodles
    1/2 Tbsp pasley
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    1/2 salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp tarragon

Directions

Add all ingredients except the noodles into the slow cooker. Mix well. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.

Add egg noodles and cook for another hour on HIGH. Enjoy.

Yield: 4 Servings (dinner sized portions)
