Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast
    1 Onion chopped
    1 clove Garlic
    1 Pepper Chopped (green, red, or yellow)
    14 oz Pinto Beans
    28 oz Diced Tomatos - Sodium Free

Directions

Brown Meat in non-tick dutch oven, with onion, garlic and red (or you color choice) pepper, over medium heat untill meat is fully cooked. Drain.
Add spices and beans. Stir together 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 - 15 minuter, stirring occasionally.

    Very Good
    I added 1.5 T chili powder, 1 T Cumin, 1/2 t red pepper, 1/2 t basil and replaced 1/2 of the canned tomato with 2 sm cans of salt free tomato sauce. - 3/30/12
