Ingredients

    8 apples - peeled, cored, slice
    1tbs lemon juice (optional but keeps apples a nice color)
    1tsp cinnamon (optional)
    .5 cup butter
    .75 cup packed brown sugar (less if you want)
    .75 cup whole wheat flour (ok to sub all purpose)
    .75 cup rolled oats

Directions

~place apples in 9x13 casserole dish
~sprinkle with lemon, then cinnamon

~mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly

~sprinkle oat mixture onto apples

~bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes

~serve warm w/ non fat vanilla frozen yogurt
