Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let chill in refridgerator 10 minutes. Serves 4

    Very Good
    Tried this last week with 4 scoops of protein powder. It tasted good but was a little runny. Looking to see what others were doing and found your recipe. I think this will work much better on consistency even if not as much protein per serving. Thanks! - 4/17/12
