Ingredients

4 medium apples, cored and peeled
2 cups of water
5 teaspoons of splenda
2 tablespoons of packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinamon
1/4 teaspoon of groung nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Directions
core peel and chop apples into bite sized pieces.
place apples in small sauce pan
cover with water and lemon juice
add spices
cook on high until the mixture begins to boil, turn burner to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
tastes great warm (a little lite cool whip on top is a nice treat - those calories are figured in to the recipe) or cold.
Service size approx 1/2 cup.
