Ingredients

    Boneless pork chops 1" thick
    Claussen sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    Granny smith or other type apple, cored and chopped
    Caraway seed
    Ground Cinnamon



Directions

Braise pork chops in a large skillet until cooked through and slightly browned on the outside. Add drained/rinsed sauerkraut, chopped apple, caraway seed and cinnamon. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauerkraut is soft and brown in color. Serve chop with kraut mixture on top. Best served with boiled herbed potatoes.
