Ingredients

300 oz. Barilla Plus elbow noodles
1/2 cup plus 3 Tbs. Helman's Just 2 Good Mayo (the one with 2 grams of fat)
1 can bumblebee tiny shrimp
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook elbow noodles according to package directions.
2. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water until no longer hot.
3. Add in diced onion and celery.
4. Add in mayo and mix to coat.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
