    2/3 cup of Unsalted butter, melted
    2 cups of lightly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2tbsp of hot water
    1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips
    2 2/3 cups flour
    1 tsp baking powder

    1/4 tsp salt
