Introduction

Ingredients

Mixed Herb Organic Greens
4 Strawberries sliced.
1/2 C Sliced red grapes
2 oz of crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp toasted almonds
2 Tbsp Red onion sliced
2 Cooked chicken breast seasoned.
Half a lemon
Salad Dressing of your choice. Vinigrette is best.
Directions
1. Prepare chicken by grilling on forman grill with garlic and sprinkle with greek seasoning. Sqeeze lemon on chicken as cooking.
2. Combine all salad ingredients. Except almonds, feta & Craisens.
3. Squeeze lemon juice on salad before serving and salad dressing. Lightly coat salad.
4. Cut Chicken into slices. Place 1/2 breast on each salad and top with almonds, craisens and feta evenly over each salad. Enjoy!
5. Divide into 6 servings. Top with 1
