Introduction

This omlette is quick easy, low calorie and is delicious. You can go with the basics, egg, onion, pepper, salsa and cheese, or you can add other vegis like broccoli or mushrooms. Mmm good and very filling. This omlette is quick easy, low calorie and is delicious. Ingredients

    Egg whites in carton
    Egg beaters in carton
    Sliced Mozzarella cheese
    Onion
    Bell Pepper
    Tomato
    Salsa
    Other vegis (optional)

Directions

in a 1/2 cup measuring spoon, add 1/4 egg whites and 1/4 egg beaters. Put into hot small saute' pan. Swirl pan to get egg onto sides. Add onion, pepper, salsa, other vegis and cheese to half of omlette. Fold over other half. Add more salsa to top. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes on low heat.
