Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (almost an entire 15 oz can)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook brownies according to the instructions on the box. Cool and cut. My pan makes 18 brownies.

**The ingredients call for nearly an entire can of pumpkin. I'd opened a can for something else and wanted to use the rest before it went bad. To add moisture, I added the egg white. I think you can take out the egg white if you use an entire 15 oz can.**

    O.K.
    Will probably not make this again. Although it is easy to make, it tastes like a low-fat brownie. I am in search of something substantial & chewy. This is chewy, but with that low-fat texture. Just not what I am looking for-sorry! - 7/10/10
