Ingredients

    roasted chicken leftovers (shreded)
    carrot chopped
    celery chopped
    onion chopped
    potato chopped
    1cup flour
    1tbsp of veg oil

Directions

saute your vegetables in your oil until softened. add your flour and cook for 1 min. take your cold chicken stock and add 2 cups at a time slowly. add your chicken and simmer and season to taste. spices may include: garlic powder salt and pepper, itallien seasoning.
