This is a super easy way to use up the last few bananas which noone want to eat "cause they're too soft".These muffins are delicious and lowfat. 1 package yellow or white cake mix
3 eggwhites
1 cup walnuts pieces
3 medium bananas
Directions
Mash bananas and beat into it the eggwhites.
Fold in the cake mix and walnuts.
Mix just until moistened.
Divide into 24 paperlined muffins tins.
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
