Introduction

A single-serving fruity treat! A single-serving fruity treat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One apple
Three teaspoons of Splenda (or sugar, but calorie count will be higher)
    One teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cut one cored apple into quarters, and then cut each quarter in half again (lengthways) to make eight chunky slices.
Cut each eighth into three to make small chunks.
Put three teaspoons of Splenda and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon into a medium-sized bowl and mix together.
Throw the apple chunks into the bowl and shake/stir around so that the chunks become coated in the Splenda and cinnamon.
Place the coated chunks in the center of a piece of aluminium foil (approx 12"x12"). Then pull up the edges so they meet, and fold/crinkle together to create a sealed package.
Place the foil package on a baking tray and cook at 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes.
Eat on its own or with a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt or fromage frais.
(Makes one serving.)
