Ingredients

1 tsp yeast
400 gr white strong/bread flour
50g r sugar
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground clove
1 orange zest
100 ml orange juice (or as much as 1 orange and the rest water)
110 ml water
50 ml olive oil
100 gr raisins
Directions
1. Put the ingredients in the breadmaker in the order seen apart from the raisins.
2. Add the raisins as dry ingredient as per your breadmaker’s instructions.
3. Select the smaller size on a basic bread setting of about 4 hours for best results (or raisin loaf if option there).
Makes one small loaf (about 15 12x12x1 cm slices)
