Introduction

I don't like wing, but I do like baked chicken, so here is the sauce on it's own. You can do what ever you like with the chicken - you can fry it before baking it, or skin it and put it directly in the sauce. Ingredients

    3 tbsp. soya sauce
    3 tbsp. water
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. white sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a wide casserole, so the chicken (aprox. 3 lb.) can be spread out. Add the chicken and coat in sauce. Bake at 350F, uncovered, for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.

Makes 12, 4 oz. peices of chicken in sauce. Chicken not included in the nutritional information.
