Ingredients

    8 oz bowtie pasta
    .5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cooked
    2 cups spinich, chopped
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    4 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbs rosemary
    1tbs parsley
    1 tbs oregano
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tbs evoo

Directions

Cook Chicken in Skillet
Cook Pasta as directed on package
In a bowl mix together, cheeses, cottage cheese and spices, spinach, and onion.
Place the pasta in a 9x13 baking dish
Add Chicken, top with cheese mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

    It had a strong flavor that neither my wife nor I liked - I'm guessing it was one of the spices, but not sure. I was able to eat it anyway, and as leftovers - dieting makes me less picky. - 10/21/11

    did not know what evoo was so did not add this; also cut down the oreago to 1/2 tbs; will cover the next time i make this; it got a little dry when baking and also use whole wheat pasta and maybe some broccolli would also be good; my twins even ate this one - 3/15/10
