Great for Mondy Night Football. Saved a lot of calories by using nonfat cream cheese and low-ft sour cream, but bulked up on flavor with the spices and Worcestershire sauce. Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
2 T. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 T. nonfat milk
1 T. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. nonfat cream cheese
1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
Salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions
Makes 3 cups.
1. Place the sour ream, mayonnaise, milk, horseradish, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Blend until smooth.
2. Stir in the crabmeat. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Transfer to an attractive bowl, sprinkle with the paprika, and serve with Pita Chips (I will post later) or low-calorie crackers.
