Ingredients

    Turkey Sausage (hot), 3 serving
    Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 12 oz
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2.5 cup (1jar)
    red pepper flakes

Directions

Cut open turkey sausage links and cook. When turkey is browned in pan, add spahetti sauce and red pepper flakes to taste ( I use 1 tbsp). Cook the box of penne...I take out 1cup of pasta when finished to use for something else. Mix all together and serve.
