Even kids love to help Mom, Gramma or Auntie in the kitchen & it is surprising how much a small child can do. There are many recipes that children can make almost completely by themselves. The following is a simple, no-cook, nutritious snack.
Measure the honey, peanut butter & vanilla, stir together in large bowl. Measure the powdered milk and wheat germ into the peanut butter mixture and stir until pretty well blended. Roll into small balls place balls onto wax paper & put into refrigerator to stiffen. Makes for a really tasty and energy-packed snack.
Chopped dates, raisins, or nuts can also be added to this recipe.
When we made this recipe, we doubled the ingredients. But I just put here how much the recipe says.
