Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp paprika
3 egg whites
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts (we assume 1/2 lb per breast)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 glove garlic, minced
1 tsp basil (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup chopped parsley, fresh
Directions
1. Preheat over to 400. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
2. In baggie, combine bread crumbs, rosemary, parmesan, and paprika. Mix well
3. In bowl, lightly mix egg whites and dip each breast into mixture (allow excess to drop off). Add to baggie and shake (one breast at a time)
4. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn and bake 10 minutes more until crisp and golden brown
5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. In small saucepan cook tomato sauce, garlic and basil over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat an add parsley.
6. Place chicken on plate a cover with sauce
Can be serve on top of whole wheat pasta (not include in nutrition counts)
