Fat-free mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons
Celery, 1 tablespoon, chopped
Pepper, to taste
Romaine lettuce, 1 leaf
Tomato, 2 slices
Whole wheat tortilla, 1
Directions
Dice egg and mix with mayonnaise, celery and pepper. Spread on tortilla, and top with lettuce and tomato slices. Roll tortilla up to make a burrito-shaped package.
